Terms and Conditions 898 Platform

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the 898.plus platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 898.plus as the platform operator. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form one comprehensive agreement between both parties.

Use of the 898.plus platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 898 reserves the right to verify each applicant's eligibility at any time and to reject or close any account that does not meet these requirements.

• Age limit: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age stipulated by the laws in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not prohibited: You must not be on any list of individuals prohibited by relevant authorities from using online gambling services.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• One account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning more than one account may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. 898 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

An 898 account is for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be transferred, sold, leased, or used by any third party under any circumstances. Violation of this term may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

898 supports multiple deposit methods suitable for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. All deposits are credited to your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor.

• Withdrawal method: Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in your name.
• Rollover requirement: Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirements before the related funds can be withdrawn.
• Processing time: One to three hours on business days; requests made on weekends and public holidays may take until the next business day.
